If you happen to have an old Commodore64, Q Daelic could make wonders with it – either you’d never leave it in the basement again, or you might never come out of there again. His endless creativity keeps the listeners coming in swarms so that now his first album is the most downloaded item on Stigae Music.

The weapons he used for his supersonic attacks are old synths and tinkered toys, C64, MPC, lots of records, and many many self-recorded everyday noises (mostly from his skateboard).

The man behind Oppidan is German Germanov. In ‘97 he started to explore music with Georg Hekt, the result of which was a couple of albums and ep’s. He never liked the artificial boundaries in music and could never devote himself to one main genre.

Through the years, his musical style changed drastically. From strictly electronic stuff, his compositions evolved into more acoustic ones. Among with the synthesizers there is a live instrumentation played by various friends on various instruments. Georg Hekt of course remained the main collaborator in his projects.
