After their more than successful debut at GMC Berlin Presents Dubtronic where they completely stole the show, Parallel Concept and Georg Hekt decided to team up permanently and gave this project a title: Sly-Fly. One very big show is coming up – May 23rd at Prince Charles (Berlin). Momentum#2 will feature three live performances and two deejays. Sly-Fly will showcase their fresh and eclectic set alongside the great musicians Dauwd and Seams, and the whole event will be supported with DJ-sets by Mental Model and Zuurb. You can expect an amazing show at a class venue with top sound!

WTF is SWAG takes over the stage at Sameheads, Berlin for an epic event on Saturday, March 30th. The line-up features YE., Parallel Concept, Wake, Charlatan, Zaharry and Georg Hekt.

The Ghetto Method Collective from Newcastle (UK) has scheduled another great compilation for release: Dubtronic Vol. 3! The CD features mainly great artists from the North-East of England but also the GMC-family branches from other parts of the world. GMC-Berlin is featured with a track by Practitioner and a skit from Georg Hekt.

The big celebration will take place on February 23rd in the great Panke location in Berlin and the huge live arts and music line-up features names like Raj Pannu (Ninja Tune), Joonipah (Nixwax), Edmondson (Natural selection), Practitioner (GMC Berlin), as well as a brand new live performance by Georg Hekt (GMC Berlin) and Parallel Concept (WTFisSWAG).

We hope you’re enjoying the new year as much as we here at the Stigae Collective do! So many things are happening right now and there are so many news to share… But first things first!

The good folks at Mahorka released a brand new compilation called Music For Elevators 4. It features a tune by Georg Hekt alongside names like Skylined, Lackluster and many more. The compilation is available for free download at Mahorka’s website.

Also Georg Hekt continues to organize the Low Life Luxury events though a bit more seldom than anticipated but there is a good chance that we start a regular party pretty soon. Follow our Facebook-page for fresh updates.

There is a huge event in the planing where Georg Hekt is going to team up with the famous Bulgarian producer Parallel Concept for an amazing fresh LIVE! More info on this coming pretty soon.

Hear Georg Hekt – Alive And Aware

A recent collaboration by Stigae Music‘s own Q-Daelic and Georg Hekt has been featured on the brand new compilation of Mizukage Records. The track’s title is “Arriving On Mars” and it is one of the eighteen compositions.

Shintaro Aoki, who is not only the proprietor of Mizukage but also a former collaborator with Georg Hekt, has once again picked an amazing selection of contemporary music, featuring the work of artists like the great Maps And Diagrams amongst many other talents.
